UPDATE @ 3:00 p.m.: OPP say the ramp was re-opened and emergency crews had cleared the scene by 2:30 this afternoon.

UPDATE @ 10:24 a.m.: A single vehicle collision on the eastbound 401 at County Road 4 in Camden East has closed both on and off ramps of the 401.
The tractor-trailer, hauling 1500 gallons of coal tar rolled as it exited the highway around 6:30 this morning according to Napanee OPP.
The Ministry of Environment will be attending to assess the leakage from the collision.
Loyalist Fire department is on scene as well to assist with the investigation which is ongoing at this time.
The male driver was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
The eastbound exit at Cty. Road 4 is expected to be closed most of the day.

A single vehicle collision on the eastbound 401 at County Road 4 in Camden East has closed both on- and off-ramps of the 401 Tuesday morning.
OPP attended the scene just east of Napanee around 7 a.m., where they found a tanker truck rolled over on the off-ramp.
The Ministry of Environment was also called in due to reports of coal tar leaking from the truck.
People are being asked to avoid the area at this time.
