Belleville Police and EMS were on scene at the Victoria Avenue and Church Street area before noon today.
The streets were closed following a collision involving a vehicle and cyclist.
Police say one person was taken to hospital.
The investigation is ongoing and officers are unsure as to when the streets will be re-opened.
