A Belleville man faces charges after someone stole money using a bank card mistakenly left behind in an automated teller machine during the Christmas season last year.
Money had been taken from an account on December 27.
Belleville police identified a suspect last April and early today (Friday) arrested 40-year-old Todd Plews.
At the time of the arrest he was in possession of an illegal drug.
Plews was charged with theft under $5,000 and one count of possession of a schedule 1 drug.
