Police are not confirming details, however emergency officials are on scene at a high rise in west end Belleville.
A source to Quinte News says officers were called to 179 Palmer Road, across from Centennial Secondary, where ERT, the OPP and Belleville Police responded.
The call came in around 7:30 p.m.
Nothing has been confirmed by police, however the source tells us that the situation may be connected to the distress call at the Comfort Inn on North Front Street in Belleville.
We are awaiting confirmation and an update from city police.
