The Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board passed a balanced budget at its meeting Tuesday night.
The 2018/19 operating budget totals $158.4 million. The capital budget sits at $6.9 million.
Last year’s budget was $152.9 million, while the capital budget was $9.4 million.
The Catholic board employs 1,370 full-time equivalent staff and serves 11,400 elementary and secondary school students.
