We have an update on the story about a fatality in Trenton that Quinte News first brought you Saturday afternoon.
In a press released issued Sunday night, Quinte West OPP say a 49-year-old man, a pedestrian, died after being hit by a vehicle.
The Quinte West man was trapped under a vehicle at a residence on West Street in Trenton shortly before 1:30 Saturday afternoon.
He was found dead at the scene from head injuries.
The OPP is investigating the incident as a criminal matter.
