School board meetings aren’t usually known for drama, but that hasn’t been the case in recent months for the Hastings Prince Edward District School Board as it’s gone through a school closure, consolidation and renaming process.
And, there could be another interesting meeting of the board Monday evening as it will be asked to approve the renaming of Moira Secondary to Eastside Secondary School.
Many in the public disagree with any name change.
The board meets at 7 o’clock Monday night at the Ann Street Education Centre in Belleville.
