The City of Quinte West could be selling, or donating, a parcel of land in the near future.
At its meeting Monday night, council will be asked to declare the property at 79 Leopold Street in Trenton as being surplus to the city’s needs.
The property is the site of the former Leopold Centre, a parks and recreation facility, which has been used as storage for many years.
In 2015, Habitat for Humanity expressed interest in the property.
The property is in the middle of a residential neighborhood.
