Napanee OPP are hoping someone might be able to help them identify a possible theft suspect.
Investigators say last Wednesday a woman put her purse down at the entrance of a Centre Street store, so she could look at plants and the suspect rummaged through it and took an envelope full of cash.
Store security cameras caught the woman taking the envelope and police have released that photo.
The suspect is described as white, about 5’5” and in her 40s.
She was wearing a pink shirt, dark pants or capris, with sunglasses on her head and long hair in a pony tail.
She was accompanied by a man in a blue shirt and beige shorts.
Anyone with information on who the suspect might be can contact Napanee OPP or Crimestoppers.
