Here’s a reminder to get the fishing gear sorted out, especially if you have young kids.
The popular Cops and Kids Fishing Derby organized by the Belleville Police Service goes
this Saturday.
Police officers and other emergency responders will be on hand and the first 350 kids get a free T shirt.
There will also be a free lunch and BBQ.
The Cops and Kids Fishing Derby will be held in Belleville’s Victoria Park from 9 until noon Saturday.
The event is for children 12 years of age and younger.
