The Quinte West OPP hosted their annual OPP Veterans’ Day barbecue on Tuesday afternoon.
The Trenton Police Service is the original service but upon amalgamation in 1998 it became the Quinte West Police Service.

It changed again in 2003 when the municipal service changed to Quinte West Ontario Provincial Police.
The event is held to honour all OPP officers and those from the former Quinte West Police and Trenton Police Services.
The barbecue lunch and social gathering was held at the Trent Port Marina.
