Charges have been laid against a Belleville man, after a woman was dragged into a vehicle in Marlbank early Sunday morning.
Around 3 a.m., Central Hastings OPP received a call that a man was assaulting two women, and one of them was taken into a car.
The suspect and victim was located in Napanee, and the driver was charged.
They include assault, domestic assault, uttering threats, and taking a vehicle without consent.
Both women sustained minor injuries.
