The General Manager of the Belleville Senators (Ottawa Senators Assistant GM) will appear in court Monday.
Randy Lee will be in Buffalo City Court for a pre-trial conference.
He’s facing a second degree harassment charge.
Erie County district attorney John Flynn says Lee allegedly put his hands on a Westin Hotel driver’s shoulder, and is also alleged to have made lewd remarks.
Lee has made a plea of not guilty.
He spent Thursday evening in jail.
If he is found guilty, he could serve 15 days in jail, and be fined $250.
