The 2018 St. Paul’s Catholic School colour run, in support of the Trenton Memorial Hospital, is being hailed as a success.
About 400 St. Paul’s students, 100 Trenton High students and another 20 or so community members ran through the streets in Quinte West being showered in colourful water.
Organizer Maria Morris says they raised just under the $10,000 goal during the run and that donations made at a BBQ put on by the Kiwanis Club and Seasons Retirement Residence will be added to that total.
The money is being donated to the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation’s ongoing campaign to buy new equipment.
