Media and stakeholders got a first hand look at exactly what the Gibbard District is going to look like in Napanee.
On Wednesday morning, at the site of the former Gibbard Furniture, investors and designers showcased what the property will soon look like.

Over $50 million is being invested into the site.
The residential and commercial project will include 150 condo units, shopping, a walkway, all with a view of the Napanee River.

Doornekamp says if there is a strong sales period, construction could start at summer’s end.
