Charges have been laid, following an alleged sexual assault in Tyendinaga Township on Sunday.
Before 4 a.m., Napanee OPP were called to a home where a woman reported she had been assaulted.
She could not call police, so she texted a third party to call.
Charges of sexual assault, forcible confinement, and uttering threats have been made against Johnathan Wheesk.
He remains in custody.
