If you’re one of those that would rather get things done earlier than later, you can get your civic responsibility of voting done for the provincial election in advance polls, starting Saturday, May 26.
In the Bay of Quinte Riding, advance polls are open May 26 – May 30 from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. in the following locations: Ameliasburgh Town Hall, Belleville and District Fish and Game Club, Frankford Lions Centre, Masonic Hall Picton, Quinte West Municipal Office, and the Wellington and District Community Centre.
You can also vote at the two returning offices in the riding, one in the former Sears store in the Quinte Mall, and the other in the Trenton Town Centre.
In Hastings-Lennox and Addington riding, these advance polls will run May 26 – May 30 from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.: Addington Highlands Community Centre, Amherstview Library, Arts Centre Hastings, Gerry Masterson Thurlow Community Centre, Kaladar Community Centre, Marmora and District Recreation Centre, Municipality of Hastings Highlands, Stirling-Rawdon and District Recreation Centre, Tweed Hungerford Agricultural Building, and the Tyendinaga Township Recreation Hall.
You can also vote at the returning offices in Hastings-Lennox and Addington. They are at 1 Millennium Parkway in Belleville, 5 Fairway Boulevard in Bancroft, and at 2 Dairy Avenue in Napanee.
In Northumberland-Peterborough South riding, advance polls will run May 26 – May 30 from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. at these locations: Asphodel-Norwood Community Centre, Bewdley Community Centre, Campbellford Community Resource Centre, Diane Hamre Recreation Complex, King Edward Park Arena in Brighton, and the Town Park Recreation Centre.
Advance polls are also open in the riding’s returning office at 9 Elgin Street in Cobourg.
Advance polls end June 6. Election day is June 7.
