It was a crazy scene for a while in the area of Old Cannifton Road and Station Street in Belleville Tuesday night.
Police received reports a man was screaming and damaging vehicles just after 10 o’clock.
Police arrested a 41-year-old man and charged him with four counts of mischief under $5,000 and one count of breaching probation.
An edged instrument was used and tires had been slashed. Alcohol was a factor in the incident.
