A farm in Cherry Valley will be the host to three concerts this summer.
The decision to approve a temporary by-law to permit the events was passed on Tuesday night by Prince Edward County council.
Traffic and noise were the two major concerns brought up by residents at a planning meeting last week and Acting Mayor Dianne O’Brien says both of those issues have now been addressed in an amended motion.
The by-law allows for one concert to host 1,500 people and the other two events to host 500 people.
Councillor Jamie Forrester also suggested speed signs be put in place to help control traffic.
The by-law is approved until the end of the year and will then be subject to a staff review.
