It’s not herding cats, but it’s proving to be as difficult.
In a press release late Saturday afternoon, Napanee OPP report that efforts continued
to round up horses at a Blessington Road property in Tyendinaga Township.
Horses have been disrupting life by blocking the road and grazing on properties in the neighbourhood for the last few weeks.
The 70-year-old property owner, Charlotte Bright, has been charged with mischief.
OPP say some more horses were corralled safely Saturday, but not all.
Efforts will continue to capture them and move them to a safe location and police
say drivers need to be cautious in the area of Blessington Road and Read Road.
