Belleville Police have charged one man with theft and possession of drugs following a shoplifting attempt.
Police were called around 11:00 a.m. to Millennium Parkway in relation to a shoplifter on the run. A 25 year-old man was located on North Front Street and arrested.
A quantity of crystal meth was located during the search.
The Belleville man was charged with theft under $5000.00, possession of crystal meth, and two counts of breach of probation.
He will appear in court on June 21st, 2018.
