A Belleville man has been sentenced to 15 days in jail and 12 months probation after being found guilty of theft under $5,000, possession of a dangerous weapon, failing to comply with conditions.
Twenty-three-year-old Adam Desbarres was sentenced late last week in a Belleville courtroom.
He was found not guilty of a robbery charge. He was also handed a 10 year weapons prohibition.
Desbarre was arrested last February and had already served 135 days in pre-sentence custody.
