Prince Edward County council will be deciding on some major developments at its planning meeting Wednesday night.
Items on the agenda include an application by the owners of Quinte’s Isle Campark for official plan and zoning changes to allow a new seasonal commercial campark just to the east of the current one.
If approved, the development would be known as Pebble Beach East and feature 337 park model trailer sites.
Council will also consider an application for rezoning to allow a 3-storey, 24-unit apartment building at 3 Spring Street in Picton.
Another proposal up for decision is the addition of four suites to the existing Newsroom Suites on Main Street in Wellington.
And council will decide on a temporary use zoning by-law to allow up to three large outdoor events to be held on vacant farmland south of East Lake near Cherry Valley.
Prince Edward County’s Planning Committee meets at 7 o’clock Wednesday at Shire Hall.
