OPP are investigating a crash on Hamilton Road at Aikins Road this afternoon.
Police, Quinte West Fire and EMS responded to the intersection just before 1:00 p.m.
Sources say it was a side-impact collision between a small car and a dump truck and four people from the car were taken to hospital.
Three were sent to Trenton Memorial and one was rushed to Kingston, but the extent of any injuries isn’t yet known.
The driver of the dump truck is said to be shaken up, but otherwise is fine.
Hamilton Road will be down to one lane in the area of the crash while OPP investigate and more details will be released as they’re available.
