Two parcels of land have been approved for sale in Prince Edward County and one was purchased by the municipality.
Following an in camera session on Tuesday night, council approved the purchase of land in Ameliasburgh.
Acting Mayor Dianne O’Brien says the land purchased by the county is for the Rossmore Fire Station expansion.
A portion of land in the Industrial Park was sold in Picton, as was a portion of land in Hallowell.
O’Brien says a landscaping company has purchased three lots in the Industrial Park.
