Numerous charges have been laid against a Quinte West man, after being found unconscious in a vehicle late Wednesday afternoon.
Around 6 p.m., Quinte West OPP, fire and EMS responded to a car on Sidney Street.
The driver was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, meth, cocaine and heroin, driving while suspended, and two counts of breach of probation.
He is in court Thursday.
