We were treated to a nice warm day yesterday (Wednesday).
According to Environment Canada and readings taken from CFB Trenton, the mercury climbed to 24.9 degrees yesterday.
As nice as that was, it wasn’t quite warm enough to set a new high temperature record for a May 2.
On that date in 2001, the temperature got up to 26.2 degrees celsius.
