A Tweed woman is being held in custody, following an altercation with neighbours and police in Tweed Tuesday.
Central Hastings OPP were called about the report of an intoxicated neighbour on River Street in Tweed.
An officer saw a suspect driving their vehicle in the area, and then arrested the motorist.
Fifty-three-year-old Tanya Webster is charged with refusing to provide a breath sample and two counts of breach of recognizance.
She is in court Wednesday.
