There was a minor incident that caused some major problems for TV and phone providers in Belleville today.
Belleville Police say a transport with a tall load caught the Bell and Cogeco cable lines near College and North Front Street, causing them to come down.
There were no reports of any injuries or charges and the scene was cleared just before 2:00 this afternoon.
