Brighton council has sold another parcel of land in its new industrial Park.
Dimitri Transport, a Toronto based company which provides support to large construction companies, will build a facility for the storage and maintenance of its vehicles on 2.5 acres of land.
Brighton’s industrial land is sold at $35,000 an acre.
Meanwhile, Brighton council has given its final approval to the Tackaberrry Ridge subdivision.
The development, north of Dunnett Drive, will feature 31 single family and 16 semi-detached homes.
