The Belleville Police responded to 40 calls for service from April 8, 2018 a 5 a.m. to April 9, 2018 at 5 a.m.
Domestic Assault
At 4 p.m. officers attended an address on Wilkins street in regards to a 911 call. Upon arrival officers spoke to both parties on scene. Officers noticed minor injuries on both parties. As a result a male and female in their 20s were both arrested for assaulting each other. They were each charged with one count of assault and released on Promise to Appears.
The female has a court date in late April and the male has a court date in early May.
