The Ministry of Labour investigation into the fatal accident at a construction site in Quinte West is still ongoing.
Quinte News received an update on Friday morning into the active investigation.
The Ministry of Labour on Thursday issued two orders to Davis New Homes and Development.
The first order was for training and a stop work order until proper training is completed.
This follows the order by the MOL issued Tuesday to not disturb the scene.
A 55 year-old man died while working near a trench with an excavator.
One firefighter was injured after jumping into the trench to try and save the man.
Emergency crews were called to a new subdivision at Orchard Lane and Telephone Road just before 2:30 p.m. on Monday.
