Sometimes it is the right place at the right time, and other times you have to go in with a plan.
That is exactly the situation for a Quinte West couple who is set to be married.
Twenty-two-year-old Taylor Eden and her fiancé, 30-year-old Jesse Joly (both of Quinte West), were attending the Toronto Raptors game Friday night against Brooklyn. The couple brought a sign to grab the attention of NBA superstar Demar Derozen. Also in hand were a pair of orange and blue shoes.

Eden tells Quinte News that Derozen gave them the thumbs up, while the arena was quiet. A woman came over and took the shoes, Derozen autographed them and gave them back signed.
Joly says their wedding is going to be blue and orange, he will wear one, Taylor the other. Joly says they will face the wedding guests, as they face each other.
