Another 17 tickets were laid by the Belleville Police Traffic Services Unit over the past week.
Ten charges were laid for speeding, two each for intersection infractions, invalid tags and “other” offences and one for an expired driver’s licence.
Officers also spent times in school zones and the TSU says it will continue to patrol local schools through to the summer.
The full traffic team will also be focusing on Thurlow ward this coming week, monitoring stop signs in new residential areas and watching for speeding drivers and those not wearing seat belts.
