A proposed walking trail around the community centre in Picton will be a topic up for discussion today (Thursday).
Julie Miller from the Picton Recreation Committee will appear in front of Prince Edward County Council looking to gather support to rejuvenate the track surrounding the community centre.
She says they have a plan, a budget and a healthy amount of the funding needed for the project.
An estimate provided to council has the project coming in just under $70,000.
Miller hopes her deputation will lead to a feasibility study being conducted.
