A big barn went up in flames on Bridge Street West in Greater Napanee early yesterday evening.
The barn, which contained a few chickens, was destroyed. It was located not far east of the Deseronto Road.
The barn was fully engulfed in flames when Napanee firefighters arrived shortly after 6 o’clock Tuesday.
According to Kingston Make it Home, the cause was suspected to be electrical in nature.
