The Trenton Military Family Resource Centre’s fun family Easter weekend event is returning for another year.
The 14th annual Batawa Easter Egg Hunt is set for Saturday, March 31 and is being put on in conjunction with the Batawa Lions Club and the Batawa Development Cooperation for the second straight year.
Running from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., the event will include a pancake breakfast, a petting zoo and a firetruck and police car display along with the hunts, with infants to five year olds going at 10 a.m. and the six to ten years olds searching at 11:15 a.m.
The MFRC encourages families to come out to the Batawa Community Centre at 81 Plant Street on March 31 to enjoy the excitement of the easter season.
