Building permit values in the City of Belleville last month didn’t change drastically from February of last year.
A total of 43 building permits were issued last month valued at a little over 4.2 million dollars.
In February of 2017, 43 permits were also issued, however their value was a little higher, at over 4.8 million dollars.
So far this year to the end of February, 91 permits have been issued by the City of Belleville worth close to 10 million dollars.
Among the projects are 35 residential units, 33 of them single family homes.
