Take care driving, there’s black ice on some stretches of road in the area this morning.
Ambulance, OPP and the Quinte West Fire Department responded to a single vehicle rollover at old highway 2 and the Wooler Road at around 5:15 this morning.
The vehicle was said to be resting on its roof.
A female inside of the vehicle was not seriously injured.
Shortly after 6 o’clock, a car with an elderly couple inside slid off into a creek in the area of Old Highway 2 and Walt Street in Smithfield between Trenton and Brighton. The couple were reported to be out of the vehicle.
There have been several collision reports this morning.
