A nice weather day – and a boost from Rogers Hometown Hockey – helped make the 2018 Savour the Chill soup tasting event a rousing success.
This year’s event was held in downtown Belleville in conjunction with the national hockey show, which meant busy times for the many restaurants involved in the contest.
The top three soups include:
1st – Earl & Angelo’s, Butternut Squash with Maple infused Sour Cream
2nd – Sans Souci, Wing Night Soup
3rd – Capers, Sweet Potato Apple Bacon with Parmesan Crisp
Savour the Chill was organized by The Belleville Downtown Improvement Area.
