There was just one vehicle involved in the collision, but two people ended up being charged with impaired driving in Quinte West Saturday.
A vehicle rolled over on Baptist Church Road. When OPP responded, they charged 44-year-old Brian Twigg of Quinte West with impaired driving. He was not injured in the accident.
Another vehicle arrived on the scene with a woman wondering about Twigg’s condition.
Upon investigation, OPP charged 38-year-old Christina Stacey, also of Quinte West, with impaired driving.
