The CFB Trenton Pond Hockey Classic is another resounding success.
At a wrap up event Tuesday morning in Batawa, officials announced that $70,000 was raised from the dinner gala, and the 40-team Pond Hockey Tournament.
The money will be split evenly between Wounded Warriors Canada and the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation.
TMHF Executive Director Wendy Warner says the support continues to grow.

Phil Ralph is the National Program Director for Wounded Warriors Canada, one of the two charities the event supports.
He tells Quinte News it is one of the best events of the year, that helps them support soldiers and their families.
Jeff Moorhouse, the event organizer, tells Quinte News the community and the charities come together to create a great result.
This year’s sold out dinner featured a talk by former Minister of Defence Peter MacKay.
