Belleville Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed a woman at knife point this afternoon.
Police say shortly before 1 p.m. a man approached a woman walking through The Bayview Mall parking lot when he brandished a knife and demanded her belongings.
The male is described as being in his late teens, white, approximately 5’7” in height, thin build with dirty blonde hair and a chinstrap style beard.
He was wearing a black ball cap with a red flat brim, a red lumberjack style plaid zip up coat, washed out blue jeans with a white belt, red shoes with red laces and wearing a silver ring on one of his pinky fingers.
He fled the scene and met up with a second male on Karl St.
Both males were last seen running westbound towards Herchimer Ave.
