Damage is estimated around $400,000 after a fire Sunday afternoon in Tyendinaga Township.
Around 4:30 p.m., Tyendinaga, Mohawk and Belleville crews were called to the corner of Lazier and Craig Road, to Eugene Craig Septic Service.
Tyendinaga Fire Chief Jamie Oliver says the building and its contents were ruined.
Oliver says they were able to get two pump trucks out of the building, however one was destroyed.
The fire chief says thankfully no vehicles were full of sewage, which could make for a hazard.
The Ontario Fire Marshal is now investigating.
No cause is known at this time, however Oliver says it is not considered suspicious.
