A 32-year-old Belleville woman has received a suspended sentence and 12 months probation on a possession of the proceeds of crime charge. Other charges were withdrawn.
Ashley Hubmann was sentenced Monday after Belleville police charged her and 34-year-old Ronald McCloskey, also of Belleville, after a break and enter last June.
Police seized prescription medicines and other controlled substances and other items from previous break and enters in Belleville.
Last October, McCloskey was sentenced to 15 months in jail on top of seven months time already served along with 12 months probation.
