Centennial Secondary will not just be welcoming close to 200 students from Quinte Secondary starting in September.
At Monday night’s board meeting, trustees approved the relocation of grade 7 and 8 students from Prince Charles Public.
Director of Education Mandy Savery-Whiteway says about 60 students will move over to the secondary school in September.
Savery-Whiteway says once both groups of student relocate next year, Centennial Secondary will be operating at capacity.
