Belleville police arrested a city man after someone called police complaining about a prowler lurking around a residence on West Moira Street just after 6 o’clock in the morning yesterday.
Officers responded and arrested 37-year-old Jayson Lee Molenaar and charged him with prowl by night, possession of break and enter tools, wearing a disguise with intent, and break and enter with intent.
