Luxury apartments will be coming to the heart of Belleville.
A vacant property on College Street West will turn into a 95 unit apartment building.
Realtor Jamie Troke says the sale has closed and a Toronto developer plans to create luxury apartments.
Construction is planned to begin this summer and is expected to take between a year and 18 months.
Toke says the developer hopes to have residents moving in in 2019.
