Another downtown Belleville bank is going through a major change starting Tuesday.
The CIBC, at the corner of Campbell and Front Streets will be closed, until renovations are done to the interior of the building.
The bank opened in February of 1878.
Spokesperson Jason Wesley says it will re-open on February 8th, the 140th anniversary of the site.
Wesley tells Quinte News that there will no longer be tellers on site, but staff will be on site for other financial appointments.
IPads and computers will be installed and the bank will feature wi-fi for customers.
Wesley says you will still be able to do everything you can do now, except get exact change.
