A disturbance at a Bridge Street West building on Friday night led to the arrest of one woman.
The 21-year-old was arrested on outstanding warrants held by Quinte West OPP.
Charges include assault, uttering threats and a failute to appear.
She was turned over to Quinte West OPP.
